For all exchange and return requests, please contact us at info.beansol@gmail.com 
 within 5 days of receiving your order. Our team will be happy to assist you.

 

Find Your Size
 

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order to find the best fit.

If you fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

As our pieces are carefully made and prepared for each order,
please make sure you select your size carefully before completing your purchase.
 

Exchanges
 

We accept exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original condition

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Returned with its original packaging

• Free from marks, stains, perfume, or any signs of wear
   

To request an exchange, please email info.beansol@gmail.com  
within 5 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for your exchange.

For orders below ₹8,000, a ₹150 exchange delivery fee will apply.

Exchange requests are subject to availability of the requested size or style.
 

Returns
 

We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Please note 

Once your return has been approved and received, the applicable amount will be issued within 7 to 10 working days

For orders below ₹8,000, a ₹150 return delivery fee will apply.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, stained, or returned without their original tags and packaging will not be eligible for an exchange or return.

Due to the delicate nature of our garments, embellished and beaded pieces must be returned in their original condition.

Sale & Special Pieces

Sale, customised, or specially made pieces may be subject to different exchange and return conditions. Where applicable, this will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
